R.I. Track & Field Foundation
9 Sept. – – The first of three cross country coaches polls conducted by the R.I. Track & Field Foundation finds the La Salle girls solidly in the lead spot. On the boys’ side, the La Salle boys edged Hendricken, The girls took all 16 first-place votes in the survey. North Kingstown placed second (142). La Salle’s boys were 146-134 over second-place Hendricken.
Both Ram teams are defending state champions.
