R.I. Track & Field Foundation
3 Oct. – – Harriers from Cumberland High competed over the weekend at the Maine Cross Country Festival of Champions. The event was run on a course at the Troy Howard Middle School in Belfast, Maine.
The Cumberland girls captured the team prize with 131 points; 58 teams competed. Second spot went to Greely High (161). Burrillville came in 37th (1,015). The boys’ squad from Cumberland finished 14th in team scoring. The Broncos placed eighth.
